HELLO AGAIN, I’M GEORGIE

A few twists
along the way.

It started with weights and wanting to be a bit of a muscle monkey. Then a painful back brought me to yoga. It didn’t simply take the pain away; it changed how I lived with it.

Over nearly a decade, the practice became something more intimate: a way to listen, to question, to find a little more room within myself. Strength returned too, through lifting and reformer Pilates.

Sound and touch opened other ways in. Today, those threads meet in a practice that welcomes both the wish to move and the need to be still.

Let’s find your starting point

STILL EXPLORING

Serious about practice.
Room for play.

Strength and softness. Curiosity and quiet. My practice has changed over the years; I like leaving room for it to surprise me.

there’s more than one way in.

A WAY OF LOOKING

A flower blooms.
A whale sings.
We find our own way.

For me, tantra speaks to the impulse to live fully: the flower’s desire to bloom, the bee’s to pollinate, the whale’s to sing. It’s a thread within my teaching, a curiosity about what it means to inhabit your life with attention.
